      Pros

      Large company that has a great culture. There are a lot of resources to help you with your jobs and tasks. Many people are knowledge and helpful.

      Cons

      The work is project based so if time are tough, the work may be scarce. When projects are abundant, Fluor does pretty well positioning themselves to have a strong pipeline.
