It is a large company which in theory has options for movement and growth.
Cons
It is a large company that is project specific which means that the chance of a layoff is great. Because they are publically held, they reorganize/lay off and outsource to appease the board and shareholders. They don't always allow cross training because the training budgets are almost non-existent.
