Pros
Fluor is an awesome company. I have worked for them overseas and as a contractor CONUS. Although they currently do not have an assignment for me, I firmly believe another opportunity with Fluor will become available. All years of service accrue no matter the business line.
Cons
The biggest downside is that the contracts are not always stable. One never knows when the assignment will end and you will be out of a job again.
