Pros
The pay as a government contractor is excellent. A well established company. Great benefits.
Cons
Being away from family. Being such a big company, leadership doesn't always treat the employees the best. You are not always considered an asset and more of just a number. Your knowledge on the job does not help in promotions. It is mostly based on how long you have been contracting and if you know the managers.
