Pros
84 hour workweek eliminated limitations on income. Basically, two years in one. The majority gave 100% effort up to the minute they stepped on the plane for demobilization.
Cons
Duration to accomplish a task resulted in perceived ignorance i.e. Install A/C unit in winter. Extreme limitations on transferring to another Fluor project.
