Nice work culture and people and flexible timings. No. of leave hours and one can even take comp-off (depends upon the lead). Salary is better in comparison to other companies
Cons
Less to learn for new comers because of the current oil n gas scenario, job is not that save, lack of hours in project which results in extra work without pay sometimes.
