Pros
Fluor is a great organization that has great people! The opportunities at Fluor are endless - and l was very honored to be involved/undertake in some of their complex and challenging projects. It has been a great ride and a blessing to work for a company like this. I have learned alot from behaviors and challenges on various projects which has pushed me to think outside of the box and be innovator & motivator and to improve on lessons learned for future projects.
Cons
Unfortunately due to downturn in the different sectors Fluor has projects in from Energy & Chemicals, Power, & Mining & Minerals - has led to great people been released (laid off) - it is unfortunate as l was one of those individuals that got released - but do hope in the near future when the economy has turned around l can come back and work for Fluor again ;)
