Pros

Not Much Pressure at work Only people who has interest in CFD will get a good professional knowledge

Cons

There r only 3-4 closed holidays in year. Rest you need to take from your leaves, You will be getting around 30 Leaves no carry forward. You need to literally beg managers for leaves. It is like how you take in school. He won't give more than 2 days Continuous. If u put Friday and Monday as leave. Then Saturday and Sunday also will be considered as leave. This is first company having Highest variable pay component 70% of your basic salary is in hands of your manager. Then you won't be getting medical or LTA allowance in your first 6 months of probation period. There will be bond. Salary won't be credited on time. Every month the date varies. Sometime 5th of month, 3rd of Month, 7th of Month. You have to carefully manage your salary

Pros

Fluidyne has some of the best PTO in the manufacturing industry in the greater Philadelphia area. Between vacation, personal, and holidays, you'll have 30 days off a year once you've been an employee for at least three years. Compensation is average. Additional benefits offered include 401k and health insurance. Good unique perks are a plethora of food in the kitchen, and the office closes early on Friday afternoons to give you a couple extra hours towards your weekends. The required work week is usually 48 hours for each employee.

Cons

This is above and beyond the common office politics that you would find with any other company, Fluidyne's office culture thrives on gossip and drama which stems down from upper management, making it a difficult atmosphere to stay focused and not distracted by people yelling through the office. Upper management is inconsistent when it comes to direction while regularly addressing employees with derogatory names. Racial slurs are overtly present throughout the office (the awkwardness is curbed by the fact that no minorities are employed by the company). Alcohol is a regular thing in the office, and drunk managers are a regular occurrence once lunch time has concluded.
