      Pros

      Zodiac is a leader in pool automation systems. The company is investing heavily and growing rapidly in the smart products and IoT areas. Leadership fosters an innovative culture and provides freedom to research and develop new product lines. Lots of hiring going on in the digital transformation area. The future looks exciting as the company is planning to launch multiple smart products. Upcoming merger will grow the connect product portfolio and would need strong technical talent.

      Cons

      The company needs to highlight its digital and technical areas. The transformation of hardware manufacturing company to Industry 4.0 should be communicated to attract talent.

      -control over your own schedule/independence -minimal micro management -opportunity for advancement

      Cons

      As of today it was announced the 9/80 flexible every other Friday off schedule is no more. This is a warning to potential employees. For me this was a huge perk and critical to work/life balance. It is very unfortunate and I am reconsidering my future with this company. The current job openings however still advertise the 9/80 schedule so be aware Management also continues to make decisions that are supposed to save money but end up creating more waste and spend more money than they are worth.
