      Pros

      Great values. Employees are hard working and high caliber. Friendly and open atmosphere. Focused on quality. Customer is always first. Honest and open staff. 9/80 schedule is a great benefit (and would be hard to give up). Great healthcare, 401k, insurance benefits. CEO is personable and easy to approach

      Cons

      Takes a long time to progress up the pay structure. Have to do the role for years before salary increase related to the increased responsibilities. Too many projects being worked on at once, causing undue stress to some of the project teams

      Pros

      -control over your own schedule/independence -minimal micro management -opportunity for advancement

      Cons

      As of today it was announced the 9/80 flexible every other Friday off schedule is no more. This is a warning to potential employees. For me this was a huge perk and critical to work/life balance. It is very unfortunate and I am reconsidering my future with this company. The current job openings however still advertise the 9/80 schedule so be aware Management also continues to make decisions that are supposed to save money but end up creating more waste and spend more money than they are worth.
