Pros
Those who want to join quickly without much wait. Staff is polite and quick responsive (untill you are working for them)
Cons
They hire and place you to different companies. Kind of third party system and we all know that works.Don't have leave encash policy. Leaves get credited every 3 months and not at the start. When place on project to other companies if you face problem and inform them only thing you can hear is will discuss and can't do anything. Worst part is if you ask for something they say we don't have this and we don't have that at our company. Company rules bla bla bla...
