It is a shame that none of the issues you have detailed in your review were raised during your employment with Fluidic Analytics, as this would have allowed us to fully investigate the allegations with your input. We have appropriate policies in place for raising any such issues and encourage a culture of open and honest communication, and so it is unfortunate that these concerns were not raised at a time when they could have been investigated and acted upon.
