The wife (owner), who volunteers at a diabetes organization, had an unpredictable mood and often spoke to employees disrespectfully, treating them as if they were at her disposal. She frequently expected employees to take on additional responsibilities outside of their job descriptions, and if things didn’t go her way, her rudeness would escalate. This toxic environment extended to management, who mirrored her behavior, creating a culture of favoritism, especially towards her countrymen. The office itself was outdated and unclean, showing a lack of care for employee well-being. People came and went frequently, as the oppressive atmosphere left little room for growth or respect.
