      72-84 hour work weeks Yelled at like in a county jail Can't talk to anyone Production is impossible Floor is slick as glass Vulcanizors blow They run welders beside you and give you carbon monoxide poisoning

      The People who manage to stay there.

      Cons

      Oblivious upper management, and culture, low pay, condescending and patronizing managers and supervisors. Management team can't make a reasonable profit on operations. Extremely dirty and wet, even in the offices and no AC in most offices because inability to pay for repairs to system.
