Overall, this is a great company to work for. My biggest con is that because it is European based, their pay is not as competitive as it could be and they don't automatically offer raises. Being that I am American, that could just be an American expectation, but that is more of challenge for me. In addition, the other con is the curriculum they use for their school age, middle school, and high school students is subpar. It is not, "bad" material, but it really should be re-evaluated and modified to be more interactive and more like the curriculum that the company created for the adults. Overall, it is a fantastic place to work!

Plenty of students. Flexibility of schedule. Good amount of teaching material. Great students of all ages. Support is very helpful.

Pay is pretty low. Sometimes the material leaves a lot to be desired. Group classes paid only as ONE student, even if there might be up to 4 or more in a class. Bonuses are a JOKE.
