This is an excellent workplace - FluentU has been doing remote work since the dawn of their company and they know how to do it correctly. Lots of opportunity for constructive criticism and growth. Excellent, friendly, and communicative team.
Cons
Because of the high value of efficiency, sometimes critiques can come across as harsh. However, I would advise to just let it roll off your back and take the advice - you'll become a better creator!
