Pros
Large commissions, if you ever receive them…
Cons
The product is garbage. The company does not stand behind their work (which is generally subcontracted) and does not honor their promises, or even their contracts. The pay structure looks great, but they come up with new reasons every day not to pay you. Upper management requires mandatory web meetings that are heavy with religious content. The environment is very cult like. You’re expected to treat the company like they’re the only thing that makes life worth living. Middle management is set up in a MLM structure, where their commission is based on their sales teams performance. The worst part is easily the quality of the product they expect you to sell with a smile. It’s poorly designed, even more poorly installed, and as soon as it’s bolted to the roof the customer is dead to them. No customer service. No respect for the people they make their money off of. Internally, you’ll never hear anyone discuss this. It’s an open secret, but everyone pretends they’re helping people and selling a product worth owning. Their most successful reps are egotistical and narcissistic to the point they might actually believe they’re helping people. To current staff reading this, the only person you’re fooling is yourself. Google the lawsuits against them. Look at the BBB profile. These people would throw you to the wolves for a dollar, while the owner and his Utah Cultists laugh all the way to the bank.
