Pros

None. They might as well be drugged up used car salesmen

Cons

•They do anything they can to not pay you for closed and installed deals. •Management tells you to lie to the clients •Will take away leads if you can't make it to meetings for any reason, including family emergencies. •Price gouging. They are the most expensive company for no reason. •Manager uses his own duct sealing company that we are "encouraged" to add to every proposal. Even if it isn't needed.
