One of the best parts about working here is the focus on using modern and relevant technologies. We’re not stuck maintaining outdated systems all the time, which makes the work more interesting and keeps you learning. What I really appreciate is that opinions are actually heard. You’re not just told what to do, you’re encouraged to share ideas, and many times those ideas are seriously considered or even implemented. That gives a strong sense of ownership. There’s also good scope for growth. If you’re willing to take responsibility and push yourself, there are plenty of opportunities to learn and move forward. Overall, it’s a place where you get exposure to new tech, your voice matters, and you can genuinely grow as a developer.

One area that could improve is around timelines and execution. Sometimes the focus on achieving the “perfect” solution can lead to shifting priorities or delays. While the intent is good, it can occasionally impact clarity on deadlines and overall direction.
