      People get along pretty well & are happy working there.

      Cons

      The benefits suck! I can't believe how low they pay. Phlebotomists make more without a degree in Atlanta.

      Decent benefits Pay increased Safer patient to staff ratio

      Cons

      Management can micro manage and doesn't fix problems Underappreciated Patients are brought to different area of hospital where it is not appropriate of care. Just need a body in a bed.
