      Inspiring mission. Beautiful office space. Great team members.

      Cons

      Decisions made by leadership based on emotion rather than data. Unrealistic expectations. Unachievable project timelines. Unexperienced leaders with no business running a company. Mission is rarely put to practice and is aspirational at best.
