Pros
Flowspace is growing quickly and there is so much opportunity to learn. The founders are accessible and take everyone's opinions and suggestions seriously. The team is all great to work with and super focused on giving the best service to our customers. Awesome place to work so far!
Cons
This is a start up so there aren't always processes in place for things which can be confusing. But it's been rewarding to take ownership and actually come up with a process for something and see it implemented.
