      - family friendly - flexible working hours - HO office during the weeks - nice office buildings in Hungary - strong financial processes - private health insurance in HU - low stress level environment - great company culture

      Difficulty working in silos across facilities due to systems being different and not integrated into common system upon mergers.

      A lot of good people working here.

      Cons

      Outsourcing too much design work to India and running with too little design and engineering staff in Kalamazoo. Quality is really suffering at the expense of speed. Nexus is a really poor PLM system. It has hurt productivity significantly and caused employees immense frustration.
