      Pros

      Competitive pay for my role/function, good people that care about the work they do, and I like the 3D strategy to increase efforts on diversification, decarbonization, and digitization

      Pretty corporate, but not unlike any other medium to large company in the industry

      Difficulty working in silos across facilities due to systems being different and not integrated into common system upon mergers.

      Pros

      A lot of good people working here.

      Cons

      Outsourcing too much design work to India and running with too little design and engineering staff in Kalamazoo. Quality is really suffering at the expense of speed. Nexus is a really poor PLM system. It has hurt productivity significantly and caused employees immense frustration.
