      This is good company to start off fresh out of college. You can gain much knowledge and experience on rotating equipment.

      As of right now, I don't have any cons about the company since I have been working for a couple of months now.

      Difficulty working in silos across facilities due to systems being different and not integrated into common system upon mergers.
