      Pros

      The work culture here at the IT sector is pretty much enjoyable and everyone here at the Flowserve are friendly in nature. The on-boarding process which is a part of the HR process is pretty easy and convenient.

      Cons

      I don't find any difficulties.

      Great culture and exciting goals.

      Difficulty working in silos across facilities due to systems being different and not integrated into common system upon mergers.
