Cons

No Carrier Growth opportunity what so ever! Indian office Management is one of the worst ever seen. First company where you need to clear interview to get promotion! forget about jumping to high position within the orgainization.

Difficulty working in silos across facilities due to systems being different and not integrated into common system upon mergers.

A lot of good people working here.

Cons

Outsourcing too much design work to India and running with too little design and engineering staff in Kalamazoo. Quality is really suffering at the expense of speed. Nexus is a really poor PLM system. It has hurt productivity significantly and caused employees immense frustration.
