      Canteen on site. Niche product.

      Cons

      Poor pay. Some staff get away with acting however they like. Some management are poor at how they act. A lot of problems get swept under the door mat because of over ruling and un-educated staff who think they are engineers and don’t listen. Too many egos.

      Difficulty working in silos across facilities due to systems being different and not integrated into common system upon mergers.
