Pros

Benefits are average for comparable firms. Typical co-workers good to work with, strive for performance and pride in work.

Cons

Limited opportunity based only on politics and not performance. Poor support from management, poor tools to perfrom job function. Management disconnected. No planning only reactive. No communication. Management not trustworthy.

Difficulty working in silos across facilities due to systems being different and not integrated into common system upon mergers.

A lot of good people working here.

Cons

Outsourcing too much design work to India and running with too little design and engineering staff in Kalamazoo. Quality is really suffering at the expense of speed. Nexus is a really poor PLM system. It has hurt productivity significantly and caused employees immense frustration.
