Global exposure, high performance teams, and mature environment with an eye on profit!

Cons

Each business unit thinks they are in charge. They all do a great job, however a more synergistic approach to service/product delivery would be more advantageous to the company and its customers.

Difficulty working in silos across facilities due to systems being different and not integrated into common system upon mergers.

A lot of good people working here.

Cons

Outsourcing too much design work to India and running with too little design and engineering staff in Kalamazoo. Quality is really suffering at the expense of speed. Nexus is a really poor PLM system. It has hurt productivity significantly and caused employees immense frustration.
