      Great clients Some good people within the company Great Bennifits

      Cons

      Poor managment Hard to advance Women are not treated equally Management was moved to the US so the managers do not even know the employees and listen to hear say They use a terrible report card system at the end of the year that basically sets you up for failure so you do not revive a raise
