Pros
They have a good staff of analysts and managers for the most part. They are well funded and good equipment is provided.
Cons
From the IT directors on up, there seems to be a complete absence of anyone who really understands IT. All are MBAs without any CS or IT background. They are ineffective and have no real authority. The GMs ate the factories are allowed to dictate what applications to use. There is no real guiding plan to get the factories on a common system. It is a mess and there is no one willing to lead.
