      Pros

      Solid company, very competitive products. Good compensation and benefits, talented people.

      Cons

      Little room to grow, and very silo based culture. Basically no investment on employees. The industry is currently facing tough times.

      Difficulty working in silos across facilities due to systems being different and not integrated into common system upon mergers.

      Pros

      A lot of good people working here.

      Cons

      Outsourcing too much design work to India and running with too little design and engineering staff in Kalamazoo. Quality is really suffering at the expense of speed. Nexus is a really poor PLM system. It has hurt productivity significantly and caused employees immense frustration.
