Pros
People working here are friendly and helpful. Location for commute is ideal. Allows time away for dr appointments and any other need during the day not possible after 5pm week days without penalty. Very willing to help each other with knowledge base and experience base to reduce mistakes. Mistakes made are not harshly penalized if the lesson is learned and try not to do it again. Most people here have the can-do attitude.
Cons
Pay is below average. Ability to get good raises not possible. The attitude of some management is to deflect blame. No loyalty - if they aren't hiring then they're firing. Driven by global pricing sacrificing quality. Computers are locked down too much for security- instead of punishing the abusers everyone pays the price with computer lockdown. HR dept has converted to web based applications. They will only refer you to the HR website and wish you luck.
