      Pros

      Compared to other companies, Flowserve does a good job with it's benefits. How many other companies still have a pension. They have come out with MyHR, which has been really great. I can look online after hours and get most of the information I need.

      Difficulty working in silos across facilities due to systems being different and not integrated into common system upon mergers.
