Pros

Weed software, company culture, PTO, overall solid company in a solid space.

Cons

They lie. Have signed comp plans saying I will be paid x if I do y, do y and then they claim they cannot pay us. Have changed comp 4 times this year and not paid us on any of it and end up firing people when they owe them too much money. Literally slice commission to please shareholders but will ruin company culture to make shareholders an extra $5k. They are criminal and steal money and time from employees and dont care. Do not work here if you are expecting to get paid for your work.

Thank you for your response. While we strive to provide a compensation plan that is fair and motivating to our sales reps, changes to those plans can sometimes happen as we respond to changes in the market. We regret that your compensation experience in 2020 has been less than stable, and we have taken steps in the past few weeks to remedy that instability. We are excited to move into the 4th quarter having realigned and adjusted to the market and look forward to continued success.

Pros

The growth opportunities here are real — I've been able to move up quickly and take on more responsibility in a short amount of time. The team culture is genuinely great, everyone is supportive, and it shows up in the day-to-day. You can tell people actually like working here, and that makes a big difference.

Cons

No company is perfect, but Flowhub continues to build its culture and is always striving to offer a great experience not only to their employees, but to their clients and customers as well. That kind of mindset goes a long way.

Pros

Many incredible people work at Flowhub. The platform is user friendly, and it’s a fast paced environment in a growing industry. There are opportunities to learn a lot quickly and be close to the action.

Cons

Work/life balance can be tough at times. There can be a noticeable gap between how leadership talks about values and how decisions actually play out day to day. It often operates more as a profit driven business than a mission driven one, which has contributed to turnover and good employees choosing to leave or being let go. Priorities tend to shift quickly, which makes it difficult to stay focused and build real momentum. That lack of consistency can create friction across teams and make execution more reactive than planned. More recently, the company appears to be expanding beyond cannabis into other regulated retail areas, including alcohol. While that may make sense from a growth perspective, it can make the direction feel less clear for employees who were drawn to the original mission. Over time, this can make it harder to feel confident in long term growth or direction within the company.
