They have implemented stricter control over project commitments and improved communication with clients about realistic timelines and deliverables. This has noticeably reduced the pressure on the team, and we are already witnessing a positive shift in project execution.

Flowers-Software is a modern startup company that uses the latest technologies and efficient processes to deliver high quality software at a fast pace. The working conditions are very pleasant and every employee can balance his or her personal life with the job. In addition, personal development is a priority, and each employee has a training budget. The team culture is great, everyone wants to improve themselves and the product.

Since the software was developed in a very short time, there are still some technical debts to be settled and challenges to get solved.
