      Worked here for 2 years. Impressed with the people, high amount of grit & ambition, although most are quite young. I am learning a lot. Direct impact of work on trading decisions and performance, which feels good. Green mission. Macbooks for everyone (in tech)

      Cons

      Bit hectic. day-to-day business means u can't ever spend too much time on a single model, gotta keep things simple. Management trying to bite off a lot at once. You have to like a bit of hustle
