Pros

Good pay. Sometimes the CEO has cool contacts talk or do sessions. The teams aren't too serious about hard deadlines, the work isn't too difficult

Cons

They really talk up their tech like its revolutionary. But its basically what you'd get if you removed 95% of myspace's features, and then added a QR ("Flow") code. Not sure on the long-term prospects of the company. No great test or use case results so far, doesn't add much value to businesses or personal users, and not much help to advertisers. Most business has been favors from the CEO's network. They also aren't really future-proof'd with the trends away from cookie-based ad tech. Maybe not a great longterm career prospect. Heads up - a lot of people worked together previously or are friend-hires. Lots of "talker" personalities, "doers" tend to not fit-in. The teams can be very antagonistic and gossipy, especially to deflect attention from themselves (I see you marketing). Some of the non tech teams do a lot of spin and "storytelling" to the CEO, but it's all song&dance. Also, a very weirdly high amount of "privileged" kids get jobs or internships here, gets pretty elitest..

Pros

Working with Flowcode has been an exciting and fast-paced experience.

Cons

As with many high-growth startups, priorities at Flowcode can shift quickly. While this creates exciting opportunities to learn and adapt, it can also mean that processes or expectations evolve rapidly.
