      Pros

      - Cool office - Cool hoodie -Cool technology - Some people are nice

      Cons

      People have increasingly been overworked and burned out. The worse is that a fraternity like environment has been created: a little group of people are allowed to make constant racist, misogynistic -and so on- jokes, and create a toxic environment, making it difficult for other to feel at ease at work. Furthermore, the mandatory working from office policy makes it impossible to escape this situation so it's either feel uncomfortable or quit. All of this with the approval of the CEO who keeps his friends protected. If you check other reviews in Glassdoor you will be able to check this has been a trend during 2024. Stay away from Flowbox.

      Pros

      A rapidly evolving company in a young and international environment. It’s very enjoyable to share and grow hand in hand with all the departments in the Barcelona office. It often feels more like a group of friends having fun working on a common project. With the acquisition of the new company, we now have even more opportunities, and the platform is constantly evolving. This is enriching for all teams, as it allows us to continually develop our skills in our respective fields.

      Cons

      Because the company is evolving so quickly, adapting to constant changes can sometimes be challenging.
