Pros

Health Benefits were cheap. Reimbursed for all travel expenses.

Cons

North American team is isolated from the European team. All development work is done in France. French team is off the for the month of August all together and has lots more holidays than the rest of teams. Time zone differences make collaboration difficult unless you are willing to be up at 4 a.m. EST. Teams were very compartmentalized and would not help unless rules were followed to the letter such as ticket submission and ticket completeness.
