Horrible Turnover and Sweatshop Mentality - Anonymous employee FlowTrac Employee Review

This company will hire you pretty easily, but also fire you just as quickly, and not necessarily for valid reasons. I dont work here anymore, but I keep in touch with many employees and most of them hate it and would like to get out. Since coding is charged as billable hours, management is demanding about getting tickets done as quickly as possible while also wanting as many to be done as possible and not giving real time for testing and learning for new coders.
