      relaxed atmosphere is the only nice thing to say

      I research the average pay in our state for my position and my pay was below the starting scale of the average. And with that in mind, the GM and my immediate supervisor said I was at the "cap" for my job, This is after 2 years and only one raise of 50 cent!! Wth? so i guess I'm supposed to work indefinitely for that pay? I don't think so

      Pros

      The crew you work with is great, management team is ok. The atmosphere is pretty laid back, and it was quite easy to get hired on with the company.

      Cons

      Some managers are on a power trip, cold calling, terrible customers sometimes.Sales meeting every day was by and large, annoying. Draw pay was somewhat unrealistic.
