      Pros

      Most people who I worked with were great.

      Cons

      Can be pretty unprofessional, pay sucks, benefits suck only plus is that they start right away, only two holidays off, had to work three Saturday's a month, there’s no set time for you to go home in most days and there’s no real job growth if you don’t want to be a car salesman.

      relaxed atmosphere is the only nice thing to say

      I research the average pay in our state for my position and my pay was below the starting scale of the average. And with that in mind, the GM and my immediate supervisor said I was at the "cap" for my job, This is after 2 years and only one raise of 50 cent!! Wth? so i guess I'm supposed to work indefinitely for that pay? I don't think so
