      Mostly nice coworkers. Nice showroom.

      Pay is low, favoritism, alot of salespeople, sales process is slow, walk in traffic is bad quality.

      relaxed atmosphere is the only nice thing to say

      I research the average pay in our state for my position and my pay was below the starting scale of the average. And with that in mind, the GM and my immediate supervisor said I was at the "cap" for my job, This is after 2 years and only one raise of 50 cent!! Wth? so i guess I'm supposed to work indefinitely for that pay? I don't think so
