I left before it got really bad from what I heard from former colleagues, who also eventually quit because they got fed up.
Cons
The leftist limey moron CEO who somehow managed to keep his job even though he lost the company at least 20% of its market share. He's so dumb he actually made a decision to outsource the company's parts department when anyone with half-a-brain would know that's about the stupidest idea for a company relying on its supply chain to stay afloat. I don't know if he's still there, but thank God I left before it got really bad. I wouldn't ask my worst enemy to get a job there the management is beyond clueless. Where I come from someone screws up that bad they get fired without any compensation.
