Pros
Flow is building a great product in tandem with a great team. Management's vision is crisp and thoughtful - solid product market fit and buzz have made being selective about hiring as well as who we take on as clients possible. The result is 1) a very tight knit team united by aligned values and a desire to do impactful work and 2) a client base who keeps coming back / generates an impressive amount of referrals. It's amazing to me that we've been able to get where we are with little-to-no outbound sales or marketing. The product and level of client service speaks for itself. This is the second venture for both cofounders, and it's clear that culture and people are one of the most important elements of the business for them. Feels really great to live in a people-first culture!
Cons
We are definitely still in a phase of "building the plane while it's falling out of the sky" somewhat; ambiguity-phobes, beware! While the team is building out more robust structure and process every day, there is definitely a lot of jankiness re internal operations to still contend within the day to day.
