      Pros

      The team was nice and there were dogs in the office sometimes.

      Cons

      - Team was worked very hard and did a lot of overtime for no time in lieu - as the owner didn't want to pay people. - Owner was very moody and would share a lot of feedback over slack which came across passive aggressive. - Owner expected responses to slacks in a minute otherwise would get frustrated - There were racist and homophobic comments from older staff members. - Not a flexible workplace and working from home was frowned upon. - No career progression or training - A lot of family involved which seems to cause conflict in the office - Owner would get angry if people would take sick leave so people would work through illness

      Pros

      Outside of owners - there were some great hard working girls that cared.

      Cons

      How many characters do I have here; - owners are fakes, greedy, manipulative and disgusting people who only care about their branded bags and $100k+ caravans whilst at the same time crying poor! - the sister of the owner is terrible to work under - you can’t trust her and she actually loses more business for the company - there were some suspicion of taking private clips from some clients - Toxic culture - mental health with most to all employees who work there and owner just doesn’t care about anyone there. - All about $$$ but makes out like she cares - all words no action - toxic environment and can’t trust the owner and owners sister - no career progression where your talents and knowledge are under utilised and under developed. - an environment of turmoil - you can be the favourite and most hated within the same day! - owner does ‘mentoring session’ - everyone dreads them but has to do them to appease the owners ego!

      Great clients. Exciting work. Flexible. They listens and create change very quickly if needed.

      Parking is tricky in the area
