Florida State University allows both its employees and students to continually grow through academic and workplace learning opportunities. FSU provides excellent networking opportunities to the most talented group of people in Tallahassee, Fl.
Cons
There are not many downsides to working for the best school in the nation, other than the fact that it can be challenging to convince employees who have been there for many years to accept ideas from younger employees.
