      Benefits are okay (used to be amazing, but the private sector has caught up comparably). Relaxed environment.

      Cons

      CFO doesn't believe in raises or promotions for staff taking on additional responsibilities/projects. Does not see an issue with mass exodus of technical staff leaving for private sector (with better benefits and pay).
